Glute Activation

3 Rounds of:

15 Low Plank Glute + Kick back (Each Leg)

15 Low Plank + Lateral Kick (each Leg)

Strenght – Tempo Work- 5 Rounds of 5 Reps each (5 sec rest between REPS)

Goblet Squat

Deadlift or RDL

15 Jumping Squat Immediately after each round

AMRAP in 18min

10 Bulgarian squat (each leg) (focus glutes)

10 Single Leg Step up + reverse lunge Each Leg (High box)

20 Reverse Hip Thrust

* Every 3 Minutes Starting on 0 – 10 squat jacks
