1. Single DB DL + reverse lunge (beginning 1-1, then 2-2, then 3-3)

3. Bounce Curtsy lunge + lunge one leg

1. Superman hold opening legs

2. Squat hold + back steps (alternating legs)

3. Low donkey kick
