5 Rounds of 5 Reps each (5 sec rest between REPS)

Goblet Squat 5 sec down + 5 sec hold + 5 sec up

Deadlift or RDL 5 sec down + 5 sec hold + 5 sec up

15 Jumping Squat Immediately after each round

AMRAP in 18 Min

6 Bulgarian Squat + Deadlift (Each Leg)

10 Single Leg Step up + reverse lunge Each Leg (High box)

20 Reverse Hip Thrust

* Every 3 Minutes Starting on 0 – 10 Jumping Lunges
