10 pulse reverse lunge to high knee (each leg)

10 sumo squat to sumo DL (1-1)

Set 2- 3 ROUNDS

8 single leg hip thrust (R) + 8 single leg hip thrust (L) + 8 hip thrust

12 hamstrings curls
