Min 2: 20 DB Leg Lifts (# 50/35)

Min 3: 15 DB Thrusters (# 50/35)

*Hang P Cleans n Jerks share reps with arms however you want

* Leg Lifts hold one DB with both arms while lifting legs

* Thrusters with 2 DB
