70 cal Row (other 2 partners hold plank)

35 Dual arm DB Hang Clean n Jerk (50/35)

70 Cal bike (other 2 partners wall sit)


70 Synchro lunges (50/35) (All 3 working at a time. 2 partners with DB, one works without DB, switch DB as needed)
