10 DB Hang Clean and Jerk (50/35)

10 DB Incline Face Down Arm Raises On bench

5 KB Turkish Get Up (each arm)

Tempo Squat

4×4

3 Seconds down, 3 second hold in the bottom

Back Squat

1×20 – As Fast As possible with 50% used above

Snatch Balance + OHS

2x(3+1)

3x(2+1)

Snatch + Clean + Snatch + Clean + Jerk

3 Working sets

(1+1+1+1+1)

Snatch + Clean + Jerk+ Snatch

2 Working Sets (1+1+1+1)

Metcon (No Measure)

3 sets:

10 Chin Up + Knee Raise at top of Chin Up (1+1)

5-10 Ring Dip (5 if you’re not so proficient, 10 if you are)

45s Chinese Planks
