Our facility provides regressions for movements which allows people of all fitness levels to get a great workout done.
Classes are capped to 22 people depending on the class hour so trainers can better focus on your individual needs.
We belive our focus is quality over quantity and structure our programs around that philosophy.
We provide an array of services to compliment your training [apparel, supplements, gear, etc.]
Guided warm-ups and cool-downs [i.e. stretching] are implemented into every class
Signing up for classes in advance allows members to reserve a guaranteed spot
We know each of our members by name and that lets us tailor your workouts to your potential.
Our training facility is 5,000 sqft. Outfitted with equipment for all of our members. Our 30 foot ceilings also lend themselves to full length rope climbs and Olympic rings that contribute to proper competition training, inclusive of axle bars, prowlers, sleds, rowers, etc. The facility also has a full bath with shower that makes it easy for those who have a busy work schedule to still train. No excuses here!
Da Factory is conveniently located within one mile west of the Miami International Airport at the entrance of beautiful Doral, FL (Miami-Dade County). We are also within one mile of Miami's major highways, Palmetto Expressway (826) and Dolphin Expressway (836), and only a few miles from the world famous Dolphin Mall.
