Intermediate: Free standing handstand.

Advanced: Accumulate 2 minute handstand hold.

For 16 minutes:

40 seconds On / 20 seconds Off

Min 1-4: Cal Bike

Min 5-8: DB Burpee

Min 9-12: Shuttle Run

Min 13-16: Cal Row
