During this 15-minute session we'll discuss:
On Ramp (Fundamentals of Cross Training)
Da Factory Training Facility focuses on quality vs. quantity. For this reason all new members must complete our Intro program called On-Ramp. The intro program is composed of (3) On-Ramp classes, one class per day starting every Monday at 7:15 PM. The nine fundamental movements of Cross Training are covered over the three day span Monday, Tuesday and Thursday . At the end of each class, time permitting, the member will perform a short workout to implement and fortify what was learned during the hour.
